The USGLC has just released our "Report on Reports"
- a comprehensive analysis of over 60 reports from top think
tanks and national security experts on tackling the key issues facing
the State Department, USAID, and beyond.

While many reports focused on a wide range of policy issues, the USGLC
found 7 points of consensus on how the Administration and Congress can
strengthen and reform America's civilian tools of national
security - along with options for implementation as the State
Department and USAID carry out their "Redesign"
initiative.
