NYT Quotation of the Day - Sen. Ted Cruz: "It is deeply troubling that President Obama's national field director is helping run the campaign to defeat the democratically elected leader of one of our closest friends and allies, the nation of Israel.”

To be clear, Jeremy Bird is being hired (as the free market would demand) to work on another DEMOCRATIC ELECTION. Cruz makes it sound like he is working on a palace coup. Does that mean that it would have been wrong for someone to work on the Obama re-election campaign in 2012 because Obama was the democratically elected President in 2008?!? And Jeremy Bird is liberal working on the left leaning candidates’ campaign. It isn’t like Jim Messina working for the Conservatives in Britain. Cruz is a moron.
