Elsie Hildebrand is only two years old and her mom, Heather, loves to enjoy life with her. Heather is living with ALS and the care provided by the Howard I. Abrams In-Home Care Program has allowed her to stay in her own home savoring these years with her husband, Steve and Elsie.
