Good Evening,

We have run into a glitch with the DC tags for the Owasco, LLC deal on the
Porsche 911. We are trying to payoff the BMW loan that was traded, but the
payoff quote is of $1,013.16. In order for us to continue with the DC
registration process we have to collect this amount from Mr. Biden.

I have included a credit card authorization form that can be filled out and
signed. Once we receive it back, we can then process the payment and
finish the process of getting the DC tags for this particular vehicle.
