Lombard - they still haven't signed, but I am still 80% sure they will sign on. Arlene and I have both talked to Tom - pretty sure they are OK. No reason to be concerned yet - think it is just summer and b/c they can't attend the dinner they think it is less urgent. I convinced them that is wrong - I hope.
Taxes - Acct said he'd have something this week. FYI, Jim and Sara had a $30K liability but given your larger deductions sounds likely you'll be at neutral or refund territory. We'll know by Friday.
Talked to Devon but didn't ask about Cyprus. Will do.
Wasn't going to do anything on cards, etc without you. Will wait.
I'll see if AM can go by house.

Only other interesting update - take it for what it is worth (not much) - ARB got call from Hostetler desperately looking for more opportunities to invest in things. Needs to invest money quickly. Wants to look at doing Las Colinas and potenitally investing $100m (one-hundred million) in Monroe Capital. Doesn't want hedge funds.
Talked to Linda Herman (Montco) yesterday re her email about not getting what we do. I think I explained it well to her. She'll have her real estate person in the meeting as well.
Going with Mike Mathis to NLC with Guardian tomorrow.
