I look forward to working with you and your students this year to coordinate accommodations. Dr. Angelina Nortey and I have updated each student’s Instructional Notes (a summary of the areas of strength and challenge, as well as recommendations, based on their evaluation).

In order for me to share this confidential information with both you and your student’s teachers, I ask that you follow these steps:

1. Please reply to this message to allow me to send you a digital link to the document via email
2. In my response, click on the provided link to request access the Google Doc to review the Instructional Notes
3. Please reply to the message with your written consent to allow me to share a paper copy of the confidential Instructional Notes with each student’s teacher.
