Bill, Jim,
Please use this email as an introduction to each other. Jim is the founder
of Edgewater Funds (one of the best Private Equity funds I know). As an fyi,
I have invested personal money with Edgewater.
Bill, I think it would make sense to have schedule a call with Jim (maybe
this Thursday afternoon). Edgewater is about to close on their most recent
fund and you should look at it for a potential investment. Edgewater will
