It was a pleasure speaking with you today. We look forward to sitting down with you, Mark, Jim and Beth and presenting not only our capabilities, but our true understanding of the National Labor College (“NLC”). Please let me know what your availability is like on the 13th of July.


As I mentioned, we have met with the NLC last year and most recently with AFL-CIO. We believe we are the right “partner” for their needs and ultimately one of the most flexible. We have a proven track record and relationships that run very deep in Montgomery County. Our Funds are established and most importantly we are local owners and developers with a long term vision.
