No not firm. As I mentioned to Devon, he wants to see deals. When he can commit to the first one or two deals, he will commit to the fund. I gave Devon his criteria for investment and I'm happy to share it with you also.

Bad news:
They have seen the Atlanta deal and they do not want to participate.

Good news:
Bill relayed to Arlene that they want to start their RREAF participation by looking at a deal. The first deal that they like (Las Colinas) will be the beginning of their RREAF participation. Bill expressed to Arlene that they envision allocating $40-100mm with Rosemont into RREAF.
