Was watching Andrea Mitchell interview Alan Simpson on the plane today and he was extremely praiseworthy of JRB's ability to get a budget deal. Left the impression that left to his own devices JRB has the trust of GOP and ability to get a deal but that Obama getting involved wouldn't let that happen. Eric D.
