Folks:


A group led by Ed Miller out of Florida (ex of Goldman Sachs), Gregory Mevs and Rolando Bunster are planning on building a hotel near the Port-au-Prince airport (see the attached project summary). They are looking for additional equity and debt (or grant) financing. This is a greenfield project. Consequently, given that CBHF is intended to have a relatively short life, this is not an ideal fit with our focus.
