Dear Alumni:

It is a special time for us to reflect on the importance of our educational
work being accomplished at Archmere Academy as we look toward another school
year - our 80th. On June 5, 115 seniors were graduated, taking with them the
benefits of a rigorous academy program, lasting friendships, and a maturing
and deepening spirituality.

Gifts from our Alumni enrich the quality of education that we offer and your
gift to the Annual Fund is an extraordinary opportunity to make a difference
and to impact Archmere Academy.

We have found that financial support to the Archmere Annual Fund is still a
challenge each year, so meeting this need is a great priority. We are asking
our Alumni who have not yet contributed to the Annual Fund this year, to
consider including a gift for this effort, before June 30, 2011.

Unrestricted gifts to the Annual Fund help support Academic Programs, Market
Expansion, Facilities, and Athletics, Arts and Activities Programs. Our
goal this year is $500,000 and to date we have raised $489,208. Our Alumni
participation rate is currently at 13.1% and this year's goal is 20%. Your
participation is invaluable, every dollar counts and no gift is too small.

Please consider a gift before June 30, 2011. If you have already donated
this year or
made a pledge, thank you very much. Alumni who make the decision to
participate show how much they recognize the growing needs of our students
at Archmere Academy.
