This week at the CGI during the opening session Bill Clinton discussed commitments of $10 B from union pension funds for projects including the mention of energy efficiency measures for buildings. I can direct you to the video clip (between Minute # 30 - 36) on line at:

Also attached is our judgment validating our ability to issue bonds, etc. which was originally sent from the program manager. We continue to make progress toward our funding goals and are confident we will get there with help from many in our network. To that end I am hopeful to have further discussion with interested parties.
