Mr. Gordon, While I do not have final approval yet, I am confident that if you could attend you could make a presentation to the I.A.T.S.E. Local 22 Pension & Welfare Trustees on Friday July 22. I expect to hear in the next day or two about this. If approved I will get the particulars, time, location, ect. to you A.S.A.P. Dear Walter, At the suggestion of Arlene Busch, attached please find the L.P. Presentation for Edgewater Growth Capital Partners III, L.P. Please note that in our presentation book the chart on page 14 under “Exit Date”, Trausch Industries says “partially realized” although it is now closed Also, note that we keep the unrealized investments close to cost until we sell them so please focus on realized where we have compounded at 54.6%. In regards to the new Fund III, we purchased Galson in April and the company has already made in profits what we paid for the company. Another company, Salter Labs we purchased for 7x earnings which is 10x under the industry average of 17x earnings for medical device companies. In December, we bought Nielsen-Kellerman, a sensor company, for 4.8x earnings. At the beginning of this month we bought Nashville Chemical, which is in the water industry. This is complimented by a dozen LOI’s. Have a great weekend and do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions. Best as Always, Jim
