Hello NMNS Board,
I hope you all are having a great summer. Thank you for all of your meeting schedule feedback. I want to clarify two items that have been brought to my attention regarding the 2011-2012 meeting schedule:
1. The October Board meeting will take place Wednesday, October 19th - Thursday, October 20th. Please note that this meeting date was previously listed as Tuesday, October 19 - Wednesday, October 20. However, those days are incorrect as the 19-20 is a Wednesday - Thursday and NOT a Tuesday - Wednesday.
*To clarify, the October meeting with take place in Washington, DC on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 - Thursday, October 20, 2011.

2. Per discussion at the past Board meeting, the October meeting in DC has been moved to a noon to noon schedule. The meeting will begin on Wednesday, October 19th at 12:00 pm and will conclude Thursday, October 20th at 12:00 pm. The start times for the San Francisco and Chicago meetings will be determined per the agenda needs, but they will be the same dates listed below.

* Washington, DC: Wednesday, October 19, 2011- Thursday, October 20, 2011
Committee Meetings and Board dinner: October 19th - start at 12:00 pm
Board meeting: October 20th from 8:30am - 12:00pm

* San Francisco, CA: Wednesday, January 25, 2012 - Thursday, January 26, 2012
* Chicago, IL: Monday, April 23, 2012 - Tuesday, April 24, 2012
