Did you know that the current GOP Balanced Budget Amendment that they are pushing holds spending to 18% of GDP - a level so draconian that the Ryan budget would be deemed unconstitutional? I really like the one idea I heard that Dems come out for a debt ceiling raise equal to the amount that the Ryan Budget raises the debt.
