I was approached by the College's President and asked why we went behind their backs to the AFL CIO. I simply said that it had been a year since we last heard from the college and were excited to be back at the College for another presentation. They now have a consultant who has brought in two developers, one is Monument Realty that has lost multiple buildings but is local merchant builder.
