Dear Archer -

Hope you are well.

As discussed with the Governor Kelimbetov, we would like to appoint you as an Independent Director of our Board. There is a certain procedure to get approval from the National Bank of Kazakhstan which requires some of your documents. Nurganum, our legal officer (copied here), will contact you separately with a list of required docs. You can put her in touch with your PA so that they coordinate this issue.

In general, our Board is comprised of 7 members (3 independent) so far:

1. Nurlan Kussainov, Chairman of the Board (Deputy Governor of the National Bank)
2. Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Director of the Department of Monetary Operations of the National Bank
3. Alexander Van de Putt (Advisor to the Governor)
4. Myself (CEO)

5. Ulf Wokurka, Independent Director (Head of Deutsche Bank Rep office in Kazakhstan)
6. Bairam Valiyev, Independent Director (Head of Investment Banking at VTB Capital in London)
7. Miras Mami, Independent Director (works at Harbour Vest in London)
