DRAFT RSTP MESSAGING POINTS

To Neuberger Berman or any other current LPs who express concern about remaining in the fund as a result of these press reports:
In order to not be a distraction to the fund, Hunter has voluntarily decided to remove himself from his role as a member of the RSTP II, GP.
Hunter understands that you (or your clients) are sufficiently risk-averse and hopes that by removing himself from the GP that this will enable us to move to forward and allow you to actively advocate for our fund with other LPs (and your clients).
We hope that Hunter will re-join the GP at a future date and look forward to welcoming him back.

To any potential investors who ask why Hunter is no longer in the marketing material, etc and how that will affect the fund:

The core of our business development team in DC remains in tact and consists of Rob Walker and Eric Schwerin. Rob and Eric have years of experience working in DC at the intersection of policy and business and will continue to be actively involved in aiding our portfolio companies.
