Good Morning, Please find attached a red-lined and clean copy of a draft MOU between WFP and WFP USA. This draft MOU is a revised version of the document presented to us by WFP and was developed in collaboration with Bonnie and Mac (our counsel). We tried to develop a balanced agreement that addresses both WFP and WFP USA requirements. I hope we can schedule a conference call on Thursday or Friday to get your input.
