Dear Hunter,

I'm skeptical, but the scientists at the Al Franken Center for Innovation in Fundraising Emails tell me they're working on a new method of creating urgency that's more effective than bold text, italicized text, and highlighted text combined.

They also say they won't have all the kinks worked out for another few months. I told them, "We don't have that much time!" They just smiled and said, "Exactly."

So we're going to have to do this the old-fashioned way -- polls are tight, super PACs are on the attack, and we only have about 15 hours left to reach our final $35O,OOO monthly goal of the election. Chip in $5 to help.

Some of them are even promising that once our new method of creating urgency is rolled out, I won't have to remind you that we're facing a monthly deadline in just 15 hours.
