2 things:

1- they are on a "short fuse" according to my guy- how fast can we get back to them and schedule a mtg/ phone call arwith the right group inside BSF. The issue is that Wilm Trust was the trustee of Al Hunt III's trust and they resigned in October. AH III submitted names of two other Trust Co.s to manage the trust and Wilm Trust has rejected them, thus tying up his $ leaving him in staved for cash. They believe that Al Hunt Jr. through the parent bank M&T is behind this-- starving AH 3 of funds as he battles them in court in TX. They don't believe Wilm Trust has any authority to tie up the funds and want to get them to act ASAP to release the trust to another Trust Co.

2. Kathleen decided at last minute to join my 13 year and her friends family to go skiing in Sun Valley (looks like we have more snow then they do) and won't be joining us tonight. Sorry for late notice. See you at 7.

This is much broader than what goes into a conflicts check because it includes nonparties. This is the type of conflict check for arbitrators so they can disclose if they know the lawyers, witnesses or any parties that might be effected.

The only conflict issue is who are the parties to the litigation in which we would be acting.
