These plans have deep relationships with Labcorp and Quest. They are the
only plans where Counsyl is not yet in network. They have had contracts to
become in network with many of those names, but the contracts were pulled
at the last minute--they believe this happened because of Labcorp or Quest
intervention. That is what he means by "blocked." Essentially they are
looking for higher level relationships (the list below) at these companies
because their efforts with junior folks have not borne fruit.
