Talked to Anne Marie and she said she believes she’ll be around those days and is happy to do the tour assuming they are giving tours those days.

Possible reply to Richard - what do you think Hunter?

-------------

Richard-

I checked on this and the person who normally gives the West Wing tours will be around on those dates and is happy to do so - likely on Friday the 18th (they are usually given in the early evenings). The White House can’t confirm tours until 30 days in advance so it will be a few weeks until I can confirm it for sure but if you want to tentatively plan for Friday the 18th I’ll let you know when it is confirmed.

In the meantime can you send me the names, dates of birth, place of birth, citizenship and place of residence of everyone who will attending. If anyone beyond your wife is an American citizen I also need their social security number and for anyone who is not a American citizen a passport number will work.

I am copying my assistant Katie Dodge who can help coordinate getting your clearance information to the White House.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Hunter

You may remember my wife is American; what you may not know is that she is a staunch Obama/Biden/Democrat supporter and would love seeing the White House. Unfortunately we are there just before Christmas so they may not hold tours at that time. If a tour was possible our preferred dates in descending order would be Sunday 21; Saturday 20; Friday 19. If only Thursday 18th was available we could possibly do that but I need to check we could change flights.

Once I know my schedule for New York I mentioned to Eric I may be free to meet prospects(assuming anyone is around and interested pre Xmas) after New York and before my family arrive. Hopefully I will have my NY schedule sorted in the next few weeks.
