Sec. Kerry's scheduler said there truly is about a 70% chance that the
Secretary will have to travel Monday or Tuesday. (in spite of what David
said).
1) I told her we can remain flexible - but how much notice do the kids need
if State Dept. cancels? will you hold class at GU? Should the Sec do the
class at GU so the students are covered either way?
2) She felt she could more confidently schedule the Secretary for an April
14th class if that is possible.
3) Could someone else from State do this week's class if the Sec. is not
available?

She & I will plan to talk Monday to see what your responses are and if she
has any updates. - Katie

Thanks Katie: I'm adding Julie and John. So far so good -- always a
possibility that over the weekend something changes and we learn that the
Secretary has to travel -- but so far we think he will still be in
Washington. Julie and John are terrific and they'll know what information
we'll need for the students so they can get inside the building.
