Based upon the call we had today the following are the actions and owners of those actions.


· Plan and schedule the tour of the project site. Kimberly & Hunter (In attendance from HNTB JJP, Joe Guzzi, Hunter, Nick, Tom Scerbo, Steve K, Robert V)

· Plan, develop and deliver All Technology / outreach presentation to Amtrak / Robert LaCrois and his team. John Parola (Scheduled for March 21st)

· Develop a multi- faceted, multi stakeholder GR Plan. Kimberly & Hunter & McKenna Long

· Reach out to Beverly Swain Staley to offer help with RFP Language. Nick & Kimberly Via Mayor Williams

· HNTB & PM Joseph Guzzi in front of Swain Staley and Ackridge. Nick (May be arranged around the tour date, TBD) Tom Scerbo, Robert Verhelle & JJP to also attend plus

· Identify the stakeholder groups and specific names of person we need to meet with. Nick & JJP

· Engage HNTB animations / rendering folks to begin preparation of a high level Constructability rendering Plans / Animation. Tom Scerbo (Tom to engage the right people to help with this)

· DDOT Meeting JJP, Joe Guzzi and Others. Nick

· Schedule bi weekly conference calls. Therese / Steve

· Schedule war room late March or after April 8th. Steve

Steve / Therese can we also have a coordinator assigned to the calls and the project as we go forward to help with actions, notes and follow ups etc.. We can also start to frame an organization chart, resumes and qualification projects as we go forward.
