I would say that we have the payout for any money raised be over two years instead of one (still slightly better than the 2 1/2 Troy is getting), but that we come to an oral agreement that depending the percentage of money raised by third party marketers (for example, if we have to pay fees on less than 50% of the money raised) the payout will be made over one-year.

If you want to revisit the retainer, I am happy to push back on that, but as I thought about it last night I think Dan would feel awful if he wasn't successful and I would hate to give John something to continually harp on us about if that were the case.
