a promising company in the cyber compliance industry. RedOwl was recently awarded
the Most Innovative Company at RSA, the largest cyber security conferences in the
world. RedOwl was founded by Guy Fillepeli, a National Intelligence Medallion recipient
and serial entrepreneur with two successful exits. The Veterans' Opportunity Fund
led the $4.6 million round, which also included In-Q-Tel, a venture capital firm
responsible for investing in cutting-edge technologies on behalf of the intelligence
community, Marc Benioff, Chairman and CEO of Salesforce.com, Igor Sill of Geneva
Venture Group, and Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank.

Our Propel Baltimore Fund made two new investments in the second quarter, one in

We continue to identify compelling high growth companies for potential investment.
During the second quarter we reviewed over forty companies and added nine to our
pipeline for monitoring. These companies have strong management teams in a variety
