Lindsay,

I wanted to let you know that Keith Harris has joined Burnham as the new
CEO. Dr. Harris was previously CEO of HSBC Investment Bank and was CEO of
Apax the private equity firm (his bio on wikipedia can be found here
<http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keith_R._Harris>). Dr. Harris' addition
helps fortify Burnham's plan to expand its investment banking and advisory
side so we think he adds a lot to the potential Harvest/Burnham partnership.

Also, does 8:00PM Tuesday in Beijing work for a conference call? If so I
can send around the dial-in numbers.
