John/Devon/Hunter- I am going through the fun process of renewing our liability insurance for Rosemont Seneca and it turns out as I was reviewing everything with the agent that RSTP is not covered under our policy. It is likely that RSTP would need a separate policy and I am assuming that we don't have one already. I can go ahead and get a quote for the policy but just wanted make sure everyone was OK with it and we didn't already have something in place. It wouldn't be expensive - hopefully only a few hundred bucks a month - and would cover theft of any RSTP property (if there is any) but mostly if someone sues RSTP for damages due to negligence/slipping and falling in the SF office, etc. Let me know.
