<p>As you know, Dawn Cutler has been fulfilling the responsibilities as Chief of Information since December. She did it with almost no notice, and she did it without the customary rank. In light of last week's announcement and today's Senate confirmation, I am pleased to highlight her well-deserved selection for promotion, which will eliminate the word "Acting" from Dawn's title. She's more than earned it.</p>

<p>I was fortunate to have Dawn as my Deputy. It will be my pleasure to continue working alongside her as a flag officer. We are ALL lucky to have her at the helm.</p>
