Can you send something around in advance of the call which explains the proposed changes, how they deviate from current law and why they are controversial?. That would avoid your having to explain all that on the call for me at least. Thanks

Dear Hunter, Bonnie, Sandy & Randy,
This week, I met with a senior administration official who described their proposed change to Title II/food assistance that will be included in the President's budget submission ("off-the-record"). They specifically asked for our help in building support for the proposed change - which is very similar to the suggestions that we previously offered. I hope we can dedicate part of our call next week to discuss the nature/extent of our support - as there are certain elements that may be controversial. Because of his deep involvement in this issue, I hope to invite Dan Glickman to join the call. I look forward to speaking with you - and thanks again for your invaluable assistance/insights.
