I am writing because I anticipate the possibility of being in Washington the week of the 22nd, and wondered if you might be available sometime that week to briefly discuss a possible engagement with you and/or your firm in connection with a company I am involved in that provides home equity insurance to new home buyers. We are backed by Houston International Insurance Group and Everest Re. Our interest in speaking with you revolves around any advice you could give us regarding Fannie and Freddie, insofar as we hope to bundle and/or imbed this new coverage with conventional mortgages, much like is currently done with PMI.
