Great, Tom. This is consistent with what Hunter has been hearing from within Boies Schiller - i.e, the delay is mostly a result of Mike Gottlieb being away on his honeymoon. Tom, I will call you shortly later to catch up otherwise. Eric D. From the notes I think the decision will be next week. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Setting aside the Taliban section, the estimate range for recovered assets still stands. The plan for the Proof of Concept period was always to have two viable paths as a means to reach the target. Based on recent information, it is our projection that by the end of August, the first target amount of at least $20million USD should be reached. This assumes we are given a couple weeks of lead time and a couple weeks for action. And the projected upside is increased to $125million USD for the entire four month period. Our plan is to seek multiple recoveries before the assets start moving quickly to avoid us. With the ground work performed now, this can be accomplished. This will also lay the foundation for recovered funds in September, October and November. Additionally, for this Pilot Program, we would like to replace Blair Hussey with Alan Bacarese. We have worked together in the past and he can definitely help us meet our goals. He is up to speed on what needs to be done and the desire for a quick turnaround. Alan’s summary is as follows: Alan Bacarese is a leading UK and international anti-corruption, asset recovery and governance expert. Alan specialises in corruption (domestic and transnational), money laundering, mutual legal assistance and fraud, with a wealth of experience in international crime. In 2011 he left the renowned and respected International Centre for Asset Recovery, Basel, Switzerland where he was its first Head of Legal and Case Consultancy. Chris - am away on honeymoon back on the 27th. We'll have to discuss then. Partners have asked whether the fact that the Taliban isn't a judgment defendant impacts your estimates so will need to update them.
