[cid:image003.jpg@01CFAB54.FDF4B8B0] Dear USGLC Board of Directors, With the signing of formal documents for the new Gates Foundation grant, I have begun the staff re-organization and I could use your help. Over the course of the next few months, the USGLC will be adding 15 new staff positions, including a new Executive Director. I am pleased to share that we have hired Korn Ferry, under the leadership of Kristin Mannion, to lead the Executive Director search. All other searches will be handled internally. While I will circulate the job descriptions for all of the new positions, my top priority right now is to hire three senior staff positions. Below are brief overviews of each position. Please distribute the attached job descriptions to interested candidates and send potential resumes to Beth Boyd at bboyd@usglc.org<mailto:bboyd@usglc.org>. Feel free to call Beth at 202-730-4161 if you need additional information. Let me know if you have any questions. Many thanks.
