85% reporting, Dem 7% turnout, Rep 13% turnout

Districts with 100% reporting:

Republican Sussex County Councilman Vance Phillips loses his primary.
Republican Looney Toon Sussex Sheriff Jeff Christopher also loses his primary…by 21 votes. That’ll get a recount.
Democrat Kim Williams wins her primary in RD 19
Republican incumbent Rep Joe Miro wins easily in RD 22 (thought that would be closer)
In New Castle County, Mike Protack loses again this time to Janet Kilpatrick for a county council seat

21 of 22 districts reporting, Marshall up 37 votes, 51-49.

6 of 8 districts reporting, Mathews is up on Dennis E Williams by about 120 votes, 56-44
