Good morning Beau and Hunter. I miss you and your family and hope you are
enjoying your summer.

I wanted to pass this along for you and Dad in case you were not aware of a
terrible loss a member of the Archmere community suffered this weekend.
Tom Mallon and his wife, Diane lost their 18 year old daughter, Abbey.
Here is what Tom posted on Saturday morning...

"Earlier this morning the Good Lord called our Abbey from this earth.
Diane, Rebecca, Thomas and I are deeply saddened and are in need of
prayers. Abbey was just 18 years old and on her way to St. Joe's in a few
short weeks. Abbey was a deeply spiritual young lady and extremely fun to
be around. Her smile was infectious and she cared and loved all those
around her. As news flies through the channels of social media, we just
want to say thank you to all who have posted, texted, called and visited us
so far. Details of Abbey's services will be forthcoming. If you are reading
this and have children, please pull them aside, hug them and tell them you
love them. Both Diane and I were fortunate in that realm as we hung out
with her last night, rubbed her and told her both that we were proud of her
and that we loved her dearly, just prior to her going to bed. God brought
her home shortly thereafter."

The viewing will be held on Thursday, July 31 (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM) St.
Maximilian Kolbe, 15 E. Pleasant Grove Rd., West Chester, PA 19382
Funeral Mass - Friday, August 1 (10:30 AM) St. Maximilian Kolbe

In lieu of flowers, they are asking for any donations to be sent to Abbey's
alma mater, Villa Maria Academy in Memory of Abbey Mallon, 370 Central
Avenue, Malvern PA 19355
