Greetings -- I'm inviting 11 of you on a boat Andrew has rented for me to go on a quest to catch lunker STRIPERS, otherwise occasionally referred to by the more demeaning name, rockfish. I have no idea if you like fishing -- real fishing -- which means potentially 6 long hours of waiting for the perfect catch on topsy-turvy currents -- perhaps with intense sun, or a freak hurricane. I recommend dramamine if your constitution tips toward weakness. Would love to have you join if you are up for this sort of life-challenging drama. We will have the whole boat provided by GUNSMOKE CHARTERS. Love the name, but have to see if the crew, the boat, and you folks can deliver. We will leave at *1 pm SHARP on Friday, 8 August from Rock Hall, Maryland* -- which is about 30 minutes past Chestertown (when driving from DC), and we'll return about 7 pm. First 11 that sign up get on the boat. I'm pretty sure all rods, tackle provided -- real men/women have their own of course (joshing with you on this...), but feel free to bring beer, real beer, like the dark stuff -- not light, bright, flimsy beer. If you cancel, you get to kick in $50.00 so that all of us can enjoy beer at your expense. Look forward to catching some monster stripers with you. Steve 202-276-1176 @SCClemon
