Good afternoon. John passed along your email. You may remember meeting me years ago, I was on your fathers Presidential Campaign team in 88 with John, Bill Daley and Tom Donillon.

I saw the article about your work and board relationship in Ukraine and wanted to see if we could talk. Charlie Black and I have been doing a lot of work there for both the Government and various business enterprises going back several years.
Over the course of our work one of the objectives we had was to work up an energy plan for the Gov back when Yanakovich was still in power. The team consisted of experts from the US and the UK and the offering was very comprehensive and very positive. Because it was done for the previous administration it was never acted on- in your quest to build energy opportunities and a long term plan you may want to consider our report.
