Due to the tragic Ebola outbreak in Liberia, President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has had to cancel her participation in the U.S.-African Leaders Summit next week and will no longer travel to Washington. President Sirleaf had very much looked forward to joining the forum, but understandably must attend to the situation at home.

As a result, we are postponing the forum on "The Future of Development and Business in Africa" scheduled for Monday, August 4th at Georgetown University.

The Georgetown University community, along with our friends at The Coca-Cola Company, extend our thoughts and prayers to the people of Liberia and all those affected by this terrible disease.

We deeply regret any inconvenience this postponement may cause and look forward to rescheduling the event at a later date. Thank you for your understanding
