Dr Hamid, my point person for meetings in Baghdad is now the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers. This position is very powerful. It is at the level of a Minister.
The Secretary General is the point of contact between the CoM and the ministries, preparing the government legislations to be presented for passing in the parliament, preparing for CoM meeting, provide logistics for PM visits abroad and foreign delegations to Iraq, follow up on the government plan, provide training and consulting for the CoM staff and has the supervision on the NGOs (Local and International) in Iraq. I am working on a trip within the ten days. They want my FinOps team to attack ISIL money.
