We got some drafts this morning form your counsel but were still waiting on
a redline as well as a confidentiality letter they owe us. After we’ve
reviewed those, I think the plan is to have another lawyer to lawyer call
to discuss subsequent adoption of some amendments we have requested. So,
we are making progress but things are not yet final. Thanks.
