Note the amounts distributed tomorrow will be net of our GP contribution
for the additional Counsyl investment of $3,249,995. The GP contribution is
1.5% of the total which is $48,749.92.

As per our GP split, 45% of that will come from RS, which will reduce your
100k payment by $21,937.46 for a net payment of $78,062.54. We will also
wire RS an additional $28,136.88 for your half of the RSTP II Alpha fees
received on July 1st which were not distributed earlier for conservatism in
case the second closing did not happen and we needed them to cover
overhead.

55% of the GP contribution will come from Will, Neil and John. This totals
$26,812.46 and will reduce each of our payments equally by $8,937.49. As
such, Will, Neil and John will get a wire for $24,395.85.
