FYI...this is the concept we sent Henry...basic idea is fund an acquisition
of $6 billion AUM PPLI business through a consolidated Burnham which would
buy our BD as a subsequent, what we're calling, "strategic H Biden tuck
in." (page 6).

I apologize for moving so quickly here without consulting you but Jimmy and
were banging around for a while the last couple weeks and this is a way I
think we may be able to do something that has enough scale, has people to
execute banking biz, a big brand, and takes care of the RS BD as a tuck in
as well. At least its worth a shot
