Please join me in congratulating our team members on the following staff
changes:


- Marie Tierney will receive a promotion to Chief Operating Officer and
will receive a 15% salary increase.


- Halleemah Nash will receive a 20% salary increase and will be changing
her base to Southern California. Ms. Nash will be working out of the
Chicago IIF office only one week per month but will operate out of a
virtual office the remaining business days.


- In addition, IIF will launch an official College Internship Program in
2015 to insure our staff maintains the necessary support to continue
effective programing as we move forward.


This continues to be an amazing year for IIF. I thank you for your
continued support.
