Hunter + 1--

I hope you can join me on Thursday, July 24, for a briefing with Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy on the EPA's Clean Power Plan to gather input from business leaders on how we can innovate our way to a clean energy economy.

Business leaders from across the country - from manufacturing and restaurant owners to insurance agents and farmers - have told us they are experiencing losses due to severe weather. These events are becoming more frequent and increasingly catastrophic because of climate change. Proposals from the Obama Administration, including the new carbon pollution proposal from the EPA, aim to slow climate change.

The EPA needs to hear from you. Please join our conference call with Administrator McCarthy to discuss the impact climate change is having on your business and the steps we can take to address it.
