FYI, we are getting a "discount" if we do by the end of the week next week. We can also add a database or two if we think it is helpful.

It is pricey if we get both and requires a one-time annual fee - approx $7-8K. I can get the Broker-Dealer to pay for it, but it occurs to me that other Rosemont entities can benefit from it as well and was trying to think of a way where maybe we can share the costs. Not sure if RSTP, Realty, Co-Invest, etc. would want to chip in OR pay for it. No big deal if not, but if could be helpful to the organization as a whole. Thoughts?
