I hope you are well and had a good summer.

I wanted to circle back with you regarding our growth equity fund, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP). As you may recall I emailed you about this fund a few months ago to give you a heads up that some of the partners in the fund would be meeting with the Private Markets side of Grosvenor. As I understand it, the meeting was supposed to be with Kelly Williams and Brandon Park, but Kelly couldn’t attend at the last minute. Since the meeting we haven’t heard anything back from Brandon and we were thinking of re-approaching Kelly Williams to see if she would like to meet with our investment team as a follow up. Since meeting Brandon, Neuberger Berman has committed $15 million directly into our fund, and Goldman Sachs has now co-invested $48 million with us bringing the total raised from all investors so far to $74 million.

I wanted to ask your advice before doing anything. We are perfectly happy to drop it if Brandon’s lack of response means that there is no interest.
