Just to let you know that today the Ukrainian parliament voted in favor of the package of laws, among which is a draft law on raising the tax for private gas producers. It seems that all our combined efforts here resulted in the fact that they changed the tax for 50% instead of 70%, but it is still not clear.
Thus, we need to digest these new changes internally, as well as together with other private gas producers. Based on this, I would like to kindly ask you postpone our regular conference call until Monday.

Vadim – Please find attached Nardello’s final bill for Burisma to pay as soon as possible. Our agreement was that Burisma pay Nardello $50,000 (the flat fee) + expenses. Burisma paid them half of that flat fee, $25,000, already. Therefore the attached bill is asking that Bursima please pay Nardello the remaining half/$25,000 + approximately $3,000 in expenses incurred. The total due is: $30,757.02.
