Hey guys,

Attached is the list of Medical Centers that I mentioned. The first step
if for Counsyl to vet and prioritize, once they do that we will review and
see where we could be helpful, so no action right now, just browse and
starting thinking about how we could access - 50% of the Medical Centers
are in just 10 States with NY and CA being the big ones.

We can briefly discuss on today's Counsyl Biz Dev call.

Best,

Neil

In advance of this call do we have a list of everywhere Counsyl is being
sold so we can identify gaps where we may be helpful? Or specific markets
they are targeting or having trouble with?
